Delivery Point means the address nominated by the Purchaser as the place for delivery of Goods mentioned in the Sales Order. If the Goods are manufactured and completed by the Supplier and the Purchaser has over ordered or does not require the Goods or is not ready to take delivery of Goods, then the Purchaser remains obliged to pay for the Goods in packed and for all costs incurred in or about the storage of the Goods by the Supplier.
