Since inception we have undertaken, and successfully completed, several dredging projects nationwide. We have a core number of very experienced personnel, with a combined complete of around 45 years in the dredging business. Our personnel receive special pride in their approach to onside safety. Completion of any dredging project is undertaken within the allotted time schedule in a neat, safe and professional manner. As a result of dredging on so many mine sites for clients such as Western Mining, anaconda, BP, Argyle and Alcoa to name a few, our personnel are continually undergoing safety inductions, and are exposed to a wide variety of the latest uptodate work sound practices throughout the mining industry. We are arrogant to report that we have never had any withdrawal of accommodation, incident reports or complaints involving any of our personnel, who are impatient to conform with our high standard of expectation. However, provided we are advised of these levels at the time of quoting we are capable of dredging in levels down to DH zero (0).

We have been building and operating our own dredges for over ten years and have worked with many materials in a expansive range of industries. These dredges are custom built, robustly engineered and are the result of years of design development. We’ve proved time and time again that size is not important. We can customize a dredge to suit your specific requirements and achieve results that are safe to surprise you. All you need to do is tell us your problem and we’ll find the solution. We’ve solved the industrial and environmental problems associated with a range of materials in estuaries, rivers, irrigation channels, unlined dams and plastic lined dams. Whatever the density of your product, we are qualified to move it over a distance or back into your mineral processing circuit or failings dams. Mini Dredging have the experience and the know how to get the job done. Our custom built dredges are suited of removing a variety of solids from failings dams, without damage to any plastic lining, to amplify dam capacity to levels you never thought possible. Our process returns the capacity of your dam with a perfectly flat base no lumps, no bumps. Our dredges pump an incredibly high material density consistent adequate for you to be qualified to inject directly into your ball mills or thickeners in order to recover previously discarded material. These days, recovery is an even more imperative piece of the mining process and Mini Dredging have the experience and know how to help you attain the best plausible results. Concentrates and other materials can be dewatered ideal for reprocessing. The consistent feed and density achieved by our dredges allows the dewatering tower to bear an ongoing rope of firm material which is much easier to handle. Mini Dredging is highly experienced in the cleaning and maintenance of plastic lined dams. We’ve developed a number of accessories that enable effective sludge removal without any risk of ravage to the liner. We blend the lofty pressure changeable water cannon, which dislodges caked material from the edge, with our specially adapted dredges and cutter heads to offer you a totally effective cleaning solution. The custom built Mini Dredging service vessel, the Piranha, allows for sound transfer of personnel and equipment and has the capacity to retain 400 liters of fuel. A movable jetty with fully enclosed safety rail and landing platform makes for sound and effortless transfer and loading of personnel and equipment. A 50 tonne crane is needed to lift the dredge and encourage equipment onside (defendant on access). This includes an oil boom and appropriate absorbents. Fully documented emergency safety procedures are in store and drilled as part of standard operator training and induction.
